"Steve helped me buy my first house in 2012. He was very patient, as I had a ton of questions having never bought a house before. Steve was responsive when it came to making appointments for home tours and seemed to give a very honest opinion (good or bad) about the properties we saw. I really appreciated his insight. ALSO BEWARE: Before the closing the title agency added buyer fees to the total price and these fees were not part of the purchase agreement. The title company also tried insisting on a electronic transfer for full payment, which would have to have been scheduled with the bank before a final inspection of the property the day of closing. Steve helped a lot by advocating that any fees not in the signed purchase agreement be dismissed, and helped us insist that a certified bank check be accepted (per the purchase agreement). We will definitely contact Steve for assistance when it is time to buy or sell again."
